Order Optimization Associate

Job Summary

As an Order Optimization Associate at Vendease, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth processing of all orders raised by clients in vendease as well as tracking of order status.

Job Details

Supervisory Responsibilities:

●  Oversees the activities of the order optimization team.

●  Identify process bottlenecks and implement timely solutions

●  Drive all order optimization processes.

●  Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

●  Provides end-to-end communication on status of all orders

●  Collaborates with the logistics, warehouse and market operations department to ensure

client’s orders are delivered within SLA.

What You’ll do

●  Facilitates efficient and accurate processing of orders

●  Respond to any issues or complaints regarding logistics

●  Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and

operations.

●  Update and evaluate logistics metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.

●  Create processes to help smoothen operations

●  Supervise logistics operations

●  Train and onboard all individuals in logistics

●  Analyses and distributes daily and weekly reports, monitoring open and in-fulfilment orders.

Requirements

• Minimum BSC in any discipline.
• Proven experience in similar capacity and function
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage a team
• Problem solving ability
• Computer Literate
